Cancellation Policy

1. Cancel Anytime

You may cancel your DrinkMixr subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access until that date. Cancelling stops future charges; refunds for past charges follow our Refund Policy.

2. Cancelling During a Free Trial

If you cancel during your free trial, you are never charged. You keep your plan until the trial ends, and then your account moves to the free tier.

3. How to Cancel

If you have a subscription, go to your account profile and use the billing management link, or contact us at [email protected]. We will process your cancellation within 1 business day.

4. No Long-Term Contracts

DrinkMixr subscriptions are month-to-month or annual based on the plan you choose. There are no cancellation fees and no long-term contracts.

5. Effect of Cancellation

After cancellation, your account reverts to the free tier. Saved data may be subject to free-tier limits. We do not delete your account automatically upon cancellation.

6. Re-subscribing

You can re-subscribe at any time through the billing page. Free trials are one per person, so a returning subscriber is charged from the start. If you subscribed at founding-member pricing and re-subscribe within 30 days of cancellation, your locked rate will be honored; after 30 days, current pricing applies.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. The version in effect at the time of your subscription applies unless otherwise required by law.
