DrinkMixr is an AI cocktail companion that helps users discover cocktail recipes, chat with an AI bartender, generate drink images, save recipes, and plan menus.

You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction to use DrinkMixr. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Accounts and Registration

You may create a free account or use limited features as a guest. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms and our pricing, refund, and cancellation policies, which are incorporated by reference.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit. You grant DrinkMixr a limited license to use that content to operate and improve the service. Do not submit content that infringes on others' rights or violates applicable law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: attempting to bypass access controls, scraping content, uploading malware, harassing others, or using the service for illegal purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

The DrinkMixr name, logo, and AI-generated assets are owned by DrinkMixr or its licensors. You may not reproduce them without prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

DrinkMixr is provided “as is” and “as available.” AI-generated recipes and images are for entertainment and inspiration; always verify ingredients, measurements, and alcohol safety before consuming. Please drink responsibly, know your limits, and never drink and drive.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DrinkMixr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
