Founding-Member Promotion Terms

1. Promotion Overview

DrinkMixr founding members who subscribe during the private beta lock in special pricing for the lifetime of their active subscription.

2. Locked Pricing

Founding members pay $2.99/month or $19.99/year, locked for as long as the subscription remains active and in good standing.

3. Eligibility

The promotion is available to users who subscribe while DrinkMixr is in private beta. The beta period and promotion availability may end at any time at DrinkMixr's sole discretion.

4. Conditions of the Lock

• The locked price applies only to the founding-member subscription and does not transfer to other accounts.
• If the subscription is canceled, the locked price is honored if you re-subscribe within 30 days of cancellation; after that, current pricing applies.
• Upgrading, downgrading, or changing plans ends the founding-member lock.

5. Changes to Pricing

Future list prices may increase for non-founding members. Founding members keep their locked rate unless the subscription is canceled, payment fails repeatedly, or these terms are otherwise violated.

6. General Terms

This promotion may be combined with the standard free trial only where explicitly offered. It is subject to the DrinkMixr Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cancellation Policy.
